Travel Agent and Concur Travel Technical Support Representative
Job Overview:
Hurley Travel Experts is seeking an experienced Travel Agent and Concur Travel Technical Support Representative with experience in Concur Travel administration and troubleshooting to join our team and assist our growing corporate clientele. Your position will require superior customer service, technical and communication skills. Qualified Candidates should have hands on knowledge of Concur Travel.
Required Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years GDS experience (Apollo preferred)*
- Minimum 1 year technical support or other corporate online travel reservation system experience (Concur/Cliqbook preferred)*
- Provide first tier support for Concur Travel, including assistance with service features, Customers’ policies and procedures, and navigational support
- Document appropriate details of inquiry, notifies customers according to notification schedules and takes timely action including follow-up calls on cases as necessary and escalating appropriately as determined by call flow processes
- Utilize tools and systems proficiently to track activity and ensure knowledge base integrity and utilization
- Provides additional duties as deemed necessary to achieve and produce a high quality support solution
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
- Monitor Concur Travel approval queue
- Notify non-refundable ticket holders and managers of unused tickets

Responsibilities:
- Research with the customer to fully diagnose issues and respond to the customer within established timelines utilizing standardized solutions
- Resolve straight-forward cases immediately; determine resources required to resolve more complex cases
- Troubleshoot cases and follow appropriate documentation steps to annotate all activities undertaken in order to resolve
- Maintain a strong passion for solving problems and helping customers, acting as a first line of relationship management
- Escalate unresolved customer issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Routinely update the customer on open cases to gain additional information or advise of status
- Identify service gaps and escalate as appropriate
- Interface with Concur as necessary to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of Concur products including new releases and products
- Contribute knowledge-based information regarding Concur products or issues about Concur products
- Test new product functionality as needed
- Other duties as assisted by manager
